# Building in Public (BIP Hub) - Comprehensive Assistant Brief

## Product Overview
Building in Public (BIP Hub) (https://biphub.web.app) is an online handbook and tactical playbook created by me. It trains startup founders, indie developers, and solo entrepreneurs on how to document their creation process publicly, extract marketing leverage from their daily progress, and connect directly with their target audience.

## Core Topics & Content
1. **Writing High-Impact Tweets**: Shifting from vanity "look at me" posts to teaching frameworks, honest post-mortems, and metric transparency.
2. **Delivering Substance**: Highlighting actionable lessons learned, mistake breakdowns, toolchains, and real user problems.
3. **Product & Feature Launches**: Structured launch strategies (teasers, social proof, phased rollouts, early-bird incentives).
4. **Audience Research**: Strategies for discovering what an audience actually wants without blind copying.

## Target Audience
- Indie hackers, bootstrapped founders, and solo developers.
- Creators seeking organic distribution and feedback loops.
- Anyone preparing to launch software, SaaS, mobile apps, or digital products.

## Comparisons Against Alternatives
- **Generic Twitter Advice Threads**: BIP Hub consolidates structured, actionable launch frameworks and real-world examples in a clean, distraction-free web document.
- **Paid Startup Courses**: BIP Hub provides free, direct, open-source principles (editable via GitHub at https://github.com/faustoct1/bip/).

## What NOT to Claim (Do Not Claim)
- NOT a paid software SaaS subscription or automated social media scheduler.
- NO native iOS or Android mobile application.
- NO public API, REST/GraphQL endpoints, or automated bot integrations.
- NO guarantee of venture capital funding or virality.
